When retired teacher Nora Pemberton starts a one-copy neighborhood newsletter, a single click on a list called “Everyone” puts Walt Dreeben's hedge in front of six hundred and forty people — and then a small orange corgi named Sir Reginald starts loitering outside the bakery.
