The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim: The Country You Never Really Leave

In Skyrim the dragons are optional: you can ignore the end of the world and spend fifty hours selling junk to a shopkeeper, buying a cabin and adopting a child. Why do people who finished it in 2011 still have it installed?
